About the Author
Richard Gary Hallmark is a retired United States Navy Lieutenant Commander. He is also a former United States Marine. Following his military service, Richard earned a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies, served as a pastor and a chaplain, and worked in the private sector. His most recent work experiences were in Western Alaska, the Aleutian Islands, and on the North Slope of Alaska.
